"Have a Holly Jolly Christmas" ~ 40th Birthday Cake

This cake was commissioned by a husband for his wife's 40th birthday celebration which was a few days before Christmas. Anyone who has a similar birthday knows that typically it tends to be over-shadowed by Christmas festivities... Well this year her husband requested to have a special cake made of a birthday present clobbering a Christmas tree!!
