Ocean Waves & Sea Shell Cake

This sea scape themed cake was topped with edible hand made sea shells and sand. Each tier was a different shade of turquoise, the bottom tier was the darkest and top tier the lightest, creating a delicate gradation. The swirling waves were all hand piped onto the surface of the cake and dusted in a gold pearl sheen.
